My wife and I met Erin in December 2022 at a tournament. We were newer players and had never seen such a dominant female player. Beyond that, she was kind. She took an interest in my wife… offering her coaching tips (just to be nice) that day and suggesting they start drilling. My wife now plays 4.5 and Erin has a great coaching eye for minute adjustments that others may not see. She is incredibly encouraging, yet tells it like it is. We appreciate her candor and “Go get after it!” spirit. She will make you better without suggesting you conform. She celebrates the sometimes unconventional aspects that make your play-style unique to you.
